Balade à vélo dans mon « hutong » Dans la banlieue de Pékin, il y a beaucoup de petits quartiers nommés : « hutong ».Les hutongs sont des quartiers constitués seulement de petites ruelles. Nous habitons dans un hutong qui s'appelle : «wu dao ying » et où l'ambiance est particulière... Je vais prendre mon vélo et vous raconter ce qui se passe de plus près ! Pour commencer, dès en sortant c'est le bazar : la maison d'en face notre auberge de jeunesse est en train de se faire reconstruire en totalité. Aujourd'hui, les maçons en sont à détruire la façade... Des tas de sable sont posés un peu partout sur la route qui ne mesure pas plus d'un mètre cinquante de large! Continuons. Après, il y a des vieux pékinois qui jouent aux dames chinoise : les pions sont dotés d'idéogrammes : incompréhensible ! Maintenant, il y a beaucoup de cafés-restaurants : le tourisme arrive ! Après, je tourne sur la gauche : il y a plus de monde car au fond de la rue, il y a une porte ancienne très touristique. Il y a aussi des gros immeubles de cité sur la droite : la société chinoise veut raser ses hutongs pour construire une ville moderne, atroce ! Mais ce que je préfère, c'est le marchand de fruits. Il y a des fruits que l'on connaît : pommes, fraises, pêches... mais aussi des fruits inconnus en France et qui ressemblent à des concombres avec des pics. J'achète des fraises (bien sûr la marchande ne parle pas anglais) en me débrouillant avec des signes. La langue des signes est universelle ! Après ça, demi-tour et je rentre à la maison car la nuit tombe mais là, il y a deux 4x4 qui se croisent et évidemment, ça ne passe pas : ils sont vraiment fous ces gens à passer dans des hutongs alors que le périph' est juste à côté ! Bon alors je dois attendre, longtemps et enfin, il y en a un qui comprend qu'il faut reculer. Il recule et je passe. Je repasse devant les dames chinoises mais ce ne sont plus les mêmes joueurs. J'arrive enfin devant notre auberge, je pose mon vélo et cette histoire est terminée !
